I think it would look better in gunmetal, though. That alloy is too shiny and "modern" for the classic angles of that BMW.

Looks fantastic.

One of my favorite BMW wheels, until I realized they were basically hubcaps, or wheel skins.

They are called BMW M-system wheels.

There are other skins.

Now, I prefer BMW Style 69 wheels.

18" wheels might be a little too much on an E24... but I would love to see Style 69 wheels on an E31.

Yeah I agree how they are made is weird, the cover is supposed to direct airflow into the brake rotor. Not sure why they didn't just make it a real wheel.
